Scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation, median groove reaches 2/3 the length of scutellum; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.64; forewing speculum open below; propodeal callus with four setae; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.2, first tergite smooth. < /FONT >
